Wake Release Checklist

Build and static validation

• Clean clone and npm ci succeed.
• Shared utility synchronization is clean.
• Custom UI build succeeds from a clean dependency install.
• npm run lint succeeds.
• forge lint succeeds.
• Automated tests cover new behavior; if tests do not yet exist, the risk is explicitly accepted for a non-GA build only.

Functional behavior

• Add Wake to a clean Jira dashboard.
• Configure a private filter, shared filter, and inaccessible filter.
• Confirm up to five columns and blocked heavy fields.
• Test category, number, and display-only fields.
• Test Main, Grouped, and both Chart modes.
• Verify column order is independent from group nesting order.
• Verify Free: one group-by, one metric, 500-issue cap, no CSV.
• Verify Paid/trial: two nested group-bys, multiple metrics, paging, CSV.
• Verify CSV always includes Key and truncates above 1,000 rows.
• Verify partial-data banners on Free cap and interrupted crawl.
• Test rate-limit failure and Resume loading.
• Confirm viewer permissions are honored.

Data and privacy

• Search production source for logs containing JQL, response bodies, issue values, user names, or account IDs.
• Capture representative production logs with debug variables disabled.
• Confirm no external egress or analytics.
• Resolve legacy KVS handlers and storage:app.
• Test uninstall and reinstall behavior.
• Update privacy notice and Marketplace answers from observed behavior.

Marketplace and public pages

• Listing limits match code.
• Pricing and trial are approved.
• Documentation, support, privacy, and terms URLs return HTTP 200.
• No public page contains [VERIFY], [DATE], braces, or TODO placeholders.
• Screenshots contain synthetic data.
• Scope explanations are submitted.
• Privacy and Security tab is complete.
